Hawke's Bay is without a doubt the home of some of New Zealand's top producers, and James and Kate of Craggy Range Sheep Cheese are no exception. In 2024 this outstanding sheep dairy claimed gold medals for not just one, but FIVE of their delicious, creamy cheeses. And as luck would have it, cheese goes very well with gin!
